The old cliché "If you stand for nothing, you'll fall for anything," carries much merit - meaning - when we don't have truth in us, we stand wide open to deception.
Deeper yet, as long as we avoid the inerrant and infallible truth that sets us free, or worse still, choose to play games with same truth after coming to know it, then deception becomes an intrusive and deserving part of life because of ignorance.
John Newton said, "I once was lost but now I'm found; was blind but now I see," and God says in Isaiah 7:9b "Unless your faith is firm, I cannot make you stand firm."
How successful can a lawyer become if he/she studies for one semester only?
How can a plumber be a cabinet maker without training for their new discipline?
What good is it for any of us to be a 'Jack of all Trades Master of None?'
What benefit is there for a born-again Christian, placing their faith in Jesus as Lord & Savior, and yet never reading His living word found in the Holy Bible, as wisdom suggests?
Ephesians 6:11 tells us, "Put on all of God’s armor (His word) so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil."
2 Timothy 2:15 teaches, "Work hard so you can present yourself to God and receive his approval. Be a good worker, one who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly explains the word of truth."
2 Timothy 3:16 says, "All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right."
Or, in addition, when in James 1:22 we are told, "But don’t just listen to God’s word. You must do what it says. Otherwise, you are only fooling yourselves."
The devil is the god of this world, the father of lies, who comes to steal, kill, and destroy Christian and non-Christian, and his two primary objectives is to keep the Christian from fulfilling their divine purpose, while convincing the world at large that he doesn't exist; the 'Joker,' who doesn't joke.
2 Corinthians 4:4 tells us, "Satan, who is the god of this world, has blinded the minds of those who don’t believe. They are unable to see the glorious light of the Good News. They don’t understand this message about the glory of Christ, who is the exact likeness of God."
John 8:44, Jesus teaches, "For you are the children of your father the devil, and you love to do the evil things he does. He was a murderer from the beginning. He has always hated the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, it is consistent with his character; for he is a liar and the father of lies."
John 10:10, Jesus says, "The thief’s purpose is to steal and kill and destroy. My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life."
For example, regarding my last post about the movie, 'Aeon-Flux,' unless we are trusting in the cornerstone of the living God, and His living word (Holy Bible 66 books only), with sound and grounded faith, no works (John 6:29), with a genuine appreciation for the few absolute and irrefutable scriptures noted above, we will still walk away wondering, "Perhaps it is possible for cloning to defeat death!" WHY? Because that's all the Joker who doesn't joke, needs to do ... cause us to doubt the undeniable truth (Jesus Christ Living God) as the lie, while everything contrary is embraced as truth or a possibility.

Let us consider the brainwashing of a few of the countless number of television sitcom's over the years to help program the masses into believing everything it sees and hears, with all its commercials tossed in as icing on the cake.
'Kung Fu,' with David Carradine in the 70's that was full of mysticism, Confucianism, Buddhism and the likes, not to mention, the portrayal of the Native Indians as anything but the good and wonderful people they are. And yet the school system was teaching Christopher Columbus as a hero, who was in fact a bigot and mass murderer of the Indigenous People; before getting into the Catholic, Anglican, United, and Unitarian churches found guilty of genocide and crimes against humanity in Canada, January 2022, with charges including the Pope, the Vatican, the fake Queen of England, and Canada's own Prime Minister Trudeau - latter also proven to be the illegitimate son of Fidel Castro (result of mothers affair), a pedophile, and a ring leader behind our PlanDemic for past few years.
'Seinfeld,' 1989-1998 with Jerry Seinfeld, Jason Alexander, Michael Richards, and Julia Louis-Dreyfus, mocking of naturopathic, preventative health (100% natural healing) alternatives, free-for-all sex with anyone and everyone any time, as well as George in Season 3 -1, as a man struggling with the idea that perhaps he could be gay; never ending manipulation.
'Bewitched,' 1964-1972 with Elizabeth Montgomery, Agnes Moorehead, Dick York, David White, and Dick Sargent, including witches with powers are real people also, the influence of affairs, degradation of women, man as master of the home and over women, possibility of men having babies, as well as the suggestion of truth serums, long used by real life military.
'I Dream of Jeannie,' 1965-1970 with Barbara Eden and Larry Hagman, instilling a common reference of Muhammad, Mecca and/or Allah of the Islamic faith - mysticism and/or magic realism - leading viewers to a free ride in life and society.
This list of brainwashing programs has no end, taking place since the inception of the television, and more so this day and age including 'Scooby Doo (1969), 'All in the Family,' 'Roseanne,' 'The Jefferson's,' 'Young and the Restless (Useless),' 'Melrose Place (1992), 'Dallas,' 'The Haves and Have Nots (2013),' 'Dynasty (2017),' to hot off the press for 2022 with 'The Witch Finder, 'That Dirty Black Bag,' 'Pieces of Her,' 'Our Flag Means Death,' 'Mood,' 'Worst Roommate Ever,' and 'Murder in Provence.'
Very few programs are lacking to provide some form of imagery of pedophilia symbolism, and/or the mocking of the Christian faith, mostly Catholic/Anglican priests, into some form of thievery, deception, idolatry, and/or adultery.
To put it bluntly, a demonic braindead movie and sitcom lineup to further reinforce an already depressed and oppressed society, too proud to consider truth, and kept too busy embracing everything but the truth. These zombie-like human beings are tracked and monitored with every doctor visit, pill ingested, and vaccine injection received, a small part of the bigger scheme of things, the early stages leading up to a global communist dictatorship under one world government for total control of people and money.
As long as 'We The People,' fulfill our small satanic role of satanism, donning masks, and obeying the six-foot distance rule, accepting slavery rather than fighting for the freedom formerly accustomed to, a direct result of our own ignorance, then like the dog that returns to its own vomit, so we shall continue to fall deeper into our own folly.

Anyone who believes in me will live, even after dying," (John 11:25).
For those behind today's Cabal/PlanDemic/NWO/Communist takeover - unless you repent of your ways ("Now repent of your sins and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped away" Acts 3:19), consider yourselves on notice ...
Luke 8:17 "For all that is secret will eventually be brought into the open, and everything that is concealed will be brought to light and made known to all."
Hebrews 4:13 "Nothing in all creation is hidden from God. Everything is naked and exposed before his eyes, and he is the one to whom we are accountable."
Deuteronomy 32:35 "I will take revenge; I will pay them back. In due time their feet will slip. Their day of disaster will arrive, and their destiny will overtake them."
So why are we so easily deceived?
*** Because it's easier to go with the flow; easier to follow the crowd; easier to quit than to win; easier to claim the victory than actually earning it; easier to stand for nothing than to fight for something, including our own freedom; easier to live a life of sin without concern, consequence, or accountability, than to live contrary; easier to believe the lie than to seek out the truth.
