Let me begin this post with a grave misunderstanding, used by many critics of the only inerrant truth known to man as found in the living word, the Holy Bible - noting few said critics have never read the entire bible - yet embarrassingly, neither have 98% of Christians!
Moving forward, ponder the idea of how one would expect to obtain their degree if unwilling to read the study papers and texts necessary; and then, how many would actually read said papers or text once the degree has been obtained.
Under the caption 'Jesus Causes Division,' in Luke 12:51-56 (NLT), we read the following that closes with an analogy of preferences that come with division:
START [51 Do you think I have come to bring peace to the earth? No, I have come to divide people against each other! 52 From now on families will be split apart, three in favor of me, and two against—or two in favor and three against.
53 ‘Father will be divided against son
and son against father;
mother against daughter
and daughter against mother;
and mother-in-law against daughter-in-law
and daughter-in-law against mother-in-law.’”
54 Then Jesus turned to the crowd and said, “When you see clouds beginning to form in the west, you say, ‘Here comes a shower.’ And you are right. 55 When the south wind blows, you say, ‘Today will be a scorcher.’ And it is. 56 You fools! You know how to interpret the weather signs of the earth and sky, but you don’t know how to interpret the present times.] END
The Holy Bible is presented in a means that is clearly not intended to be read as one would read forums or man's religion, such as Buddhist, Hindu, or Quranic texts that are brought to the world in point-form and phraseology, rather than full books for teaching. We can expect nothing more from man, because in his own strength and attempt to be 'god,' his thoughts must also account for additional adages and hiding plagiarism.
If you go to the post 'The Fallibility of the Quran,' you can see how Muhammad plagiarized the Holy Bible, clips from the book of Genesis, while then hiding his efforts throughout the Quran rather than leaving as one teaching as DIVINELY intended.
Because many glance at bits & pieces of the living word, the Holy Bible, they would first read the text Jesus is sharing, and see someone mean ... someone as evil ... causing division rather than bringing people together. However, even though Christians themselves make such errors, according to their denominational teaching, Jesus is teaching how some people will choose truth, while others in the face of truth, will choose to follow lies; why talk about sin, when we can ignore it and live as we choose, right? But is that not also the problem behind our current PlanDemic? Is that demonic behavior the result of living in truth or lies?
Yours truly is the only one in his family, from pretty obvious evidences, who is a born-again Christian - one who has placed his trust in Jesus Christ; all except myself are all vaxxed up, masked up, boostered up, and high on the pandemic fear wagon - WHY IS THAT?
Note V-54-56 in the above scripture, and Jesus is presenting a very real and viable argument that I hear more and more this day and age; concerned about the weather, how bad and cold or hot and humid it's is nor not going to be, BUT MISSING the times around them - 100% oblivious to what's really going on behind the scenes, especially the PlanDemic, zero to do with health and everything to do with HELL ON EARTH.
Regarding the post title, 'Knowing or Not Knowing - Which is the Better,' is encouraging you to consider a couple different options; knowing Jesus or not; knowing the truth behind the PlanDemic or not!
By knowing the truth of the living word in the Holy Bible, knowing Jesus in other words and trusting in Him, far outweighs not knowing Him and His truth - and just as bad, in not knowing the truth of our current global lockdown.
Knowing and trusting in Jesus, no matter what happens, you're good! John 3:16 teaches us: "For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life."
Leaving Jesus out of the picture, plus, still not knowing the truth behind the PlanDemic, could find you under a one world government (NWO), communist control, with deteriorating freedoms, and perhaps, realistically, with evidence pointing to losing your life and soul for all eternity - when faith alone in Christ can secure your soul, rather than lose it.
Romans 10:9 teaches: "If you openly declare that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."
Jesus also tells us in Mark 9:23 "Anything is possible if a person believes."
